The personalisation will appear in fixed uppercase, and the words 'Sleeps 'til Christmas' cannot be changed. Please use a dry, soft cloth to remove the chalk markings.

Keep in mind that each slate piece is unique as it is cut by hand, and there may be variations in the stone such as texture, cut, and smoothness, resulting in natural faults in the surface and edges of the product, including flaking and uneven corners.

Each item contains speckles of fool's gold, adding to the rustic feel, but it may be within the area of your personalisation.

How to place your personalised gift order:

2. When you have placed your order, you will receive an email from JulianCharles@personalisedmemento.co.uk
3. Please allow 1 working day to receive your email, and if you have not received it within this time, please check your junk folder.
4. Once received, follow the link within the email.
5. Type your message into the fields on the screen and click on the preview button to review the personalisation.
6. Once checked and you are happy, click submit. Your order will then be processed.
